Have these details handy.
- Your business and contact information. Your first and last name, business name, contact email, business address, service area, and the phone number you want to use for text updates.
- Your business registration details. Tell us whether you are an LLC. If yes, provide your legal business name and EIN for text message verification. We do not ask for your Social Security number.
- Your website and domain provider, if you have them. Share your website and where the domain is managed. “I don't know” is an option, and you can tell us if you do not have a website yet. You do not need to send a password.
- How customers become leads. Tell us where enquiries come from and how they agree to receive texts. Add your review link now, or let us configure it later.
Verification can require additional information and carrier review. We text you the current setup status and a link whenever we need another detail. Once messaging is ready, lead updates, follow-up reminders, and review progress also come by text.
